Radish/Daikon 'Red Meat' is a round variety with unique dark pink flesh. Remarkably sweet, exquisite flavor. Perfect for pickling, fermenting. Excellent fresh, grated, or sliced for winter salads.

Sowing time: May–August.
Seed depth: 1-2 cm.
Location: Sun–partial shade.
Color: Pink, white.

Sow directly in the growing bed during the summer. Prepare the soil and water before sowing. Keep the soil moist until the seeds germinate. Do not sow too early to avoid premature sprouting. Radishes should be grown quickly with plenty of moisture to be mild and tasty. They are greatly affected by hot, dry weather. Harvest when the roots are about 10–15 cm long. Radish/daikon roots are fragile, so gently lift the roots when harvesting.
