Hyacinth 'Gipsy Queen' Hyacinthus orientalis 'Gipsy Queen'
Hyacinths should be used much more as bulb plants in the garden. Easy to grow, deer-resistant, and fragrant! What more could you ask for? Plant in groups, about 15 cm deep in sandy, well-drained soil. 'Gipsy Queen' has a beautiful apricot-colored flower cluster that shifts from apricot to pink to yellow at different stages.
Pair with coral bells (Heuchera) and Sesleria heufleriana for a beautiful combination.

Plant in groups of at least 5 bulbs, spacing them 10–12 cm apart and 15 cm deep in sandy, well-drained soil. Hyacinths are easy to grow, deer-resistant, and add a sweet fragrance to the spring garden. Let foliage die back naturally after bloom to nourish next year’s flower. Avoid overwatering in fall to prevent rot. Excellent in borders, containers, and as cut flowers. Combines beautifully with perennials and grasses.
