Narcissus incomparabilis 'Acropolis'
'Narcissus 'Acropolis' is one of our favorites. This double white narcissus features a red-orange hue at the base, and its flower shape resembles that of a rose. Thrives in full sun with well-drained soil. A fantastic springtime symbol in the garden, and it is also rejected by deer. The variety dates back to 1955. Height: approximately 40 cm.
Contains: 5 bulbs
Daffodils should be planted early in the fall, in well-drained and slightly moist soil, about 15 cm deep. When the foliage emerges in spring, sprinkle some of Zetas bulb fertilizer for extra nutrients. They tolerate poor and wet soil better than other bulbs. If they stop blooming, dig up and divide the bulbs, replanting them more sparsely and deeper. Daffodils are deer and hare resistant! They thrive in full sun but bloom longer in shade.
