Candle Stand 'Fern'

Candle Stand 'Fern' is used to create a simple and elegant oil lamp, which operates with vegetable oil. You can use what you have at home, such as rapeseed oil or corn oil. Place the candle stand and cotton wick in any bowl of your choice, light the wick, and enjoy the beautiful glow.

Includes a 30 cm cotton wick. Bowl or plate not included.

Instructions:

• Place the candle stand on a safe, heat-resistant surface.
• Cut a piece of the cotton wick, about 10 cm.
• Insert the wick into the candle stand. Let about 0.5 cm stick up above the top of the groove.
• Pour vegetable oil over the entire wick (e.g., rapeseed oil or corn oil).
Note – Do not use lamp oil or kerosene. Avoid any petroleum-based or chemical oils.
• Fill the oil to 2-3 cm above the base of the candle stand.
• Light the wick. The candle stand will burn with a nice flame, without smoking or soot.
• When finished, gently extinguish the flame by suffocating it.

Maintenance:
• Regularly refill with vegetable oil.
• Occasionally trim off the burned part of the wick and relight. Or replace the entire cotton wick.
• If the flame is too small, pull the wick up a bit above the groove.
• If the flame starts to smoke or gets too large, gently push the wick down a few millimeters into the groove.
